Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team at our Vapi location. As a CRM, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining robust relationships with our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty while representing our company professionally.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

– Establish and maintain robust relationships with customers through regular communication and engagement.

– Understand and anticipate customer needs, and provide tailored solutions and support to meet those needs.

– Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Sales Support

– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.

– Provide product information and pricing details to customers as needed.





Customer Feedback and Surveys

– Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

– Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and use feedback to enhance our products and services.

Documentation

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.

– Prepare reports on customer interactions and satisfaction levels.

Issue Resolution

– Work with other departments to resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

– Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Customer Engagement

– Plan and organize customer events or activities to foster stronger relationships.

– Identify opportunities for customer engagement and retention programs.

Team Collaboration

– Collaborate with colleagues and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
