The Successful Applicant
>8 years of technology recruitment experience.(SaaS)
Proven track record in niche technology hiring.
Experience managing senior stakeholders globally.




Robust market mapping and talent intelligence capabilities.
Skilled in offer negotiations, approvals and closures.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience leading teams and scaling hiring operations.
Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
