JioStar is looking for a commercially driven sales qualified to accelerate revenue growth for Cricinfo, one of the world's most trusted destinations for cricket fans.
As a Manager – Sales, you will own the revenue charter for an assigned region, partnering with leading brands and media agencies to deliver integrated advertising, branded content, sponsorship, and custom marketing solutions. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to shape strategic partnerships, unlock new business opportunities, and drive meaningful business outcomes through consultative selling.
The ideal candidate combines robust commercial acumen with a proven ability to win recent business, build long-term client relationships, and develop innovative solutions that address client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the revenue charter for an assigned region and drive sustainable business growth.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build trusted relationships with senior marketers, brand leaders, media agencies, and key decision-makers.
Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing client partnerships.
Position Cricinfo's advertising ecosystem through integrated advertising solutions, including display advertising, branded content, sponsorships, and custom commercial programs.
Identify new business opportunities, emerging advertiser categories, and incremental revenue streams.
Lead sales negotiations and manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from prospecting through closure.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful client solutions.
Leverage & capitalise on market insights & existing client-agency relationship to further grow the revenue.
Qualifications & Experience:
6–9 years of experience in digital media sales.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience of independently managing a territory, region, or revenue portfolio.
Strong expertise in selling
