We are looking for an experienced Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking professional to develop, enhance, and maintain custom software solutions for banking applications. The ideal candidate should have robust FLEXCUBE expertise along with good knowledge of software development and banking application integration.
? Must-Have Skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking
Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with banking application development and enhancements
Knowledge of database management and integration techniques
Ability to work independently and contribute as an SME
Valuable collaboration and communication skills
