Purpose of Role:
Under the direction of the TA Sourcing Lead, the Sourcing Specialist will play an integral part in bringing talent into the business.
The Sourcing Specialist will proactively build pipelines for all roles around the globe.
They will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify a diverse group of qualified candidates for open and planned roles.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Collaboration: Work closely with WBS TA team to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilize proactive, creative and cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source a diverse pool of candidates. Screen resumes to determine applicable fit for current or future opportunities.
Candidate Pools: Utilize ATS to proactively build talent pools for high frequency and high valued skills.
