Key roles of an Associate Professor:
Advanced Teaching and Leadership: Lead advanced-level lectures, seminars, and workshops, while mentoring junior faculty and teaching assistants in instructional methods.
Curriculum Oversight and Development: Play a key role in designing, updating, and refining the curriculum to reflect the latest advancements in the field and medical education.
Research Leadership: Lead and collaborate on high-level research projects, contributing to significant findings in the field and guiding students in their research initiatives.
Clinical and Practical Training: Supervise students during clinical rotations or practical sessions,



ensuring they develop the skills needed for real-world medical practice in the field.
Student Evaluation and Mentorship: Oversee the assessment of student performance, providing feedback and academic guidance to help students excel in both theoretical and practical aspects of the field.
Administrative and Committee Roles: Contribute to faculty meetings, curriculum committees, and departmental administration, ensuring the smooth operation of the medical program and alignment with institutional goals.
