Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate will act as a key link between the sales team, customers, finance, production, and logistics departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the sales team in daily operational and administrative activities.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, purchase orders, order confirmations, and sales reports.
- Handle end-to-end order processing and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data in the CRM system.
- Manage customer communication, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and payment status.
- Coordinate with finance, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain sales records and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service support.
- Act as a communication bridge between sales, operations, and internal departments.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets.





Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of sales coordination and order management processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing environment.
- Good understanding of sales workflow in industrial/manufacturing sector.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.

Experience

- 3–10 years of experience as Sales Coordinator / Sales Support / Sales Operations Executive.
- Experience in manufacturing, electronics, engineering, or industrial sector preferred.
