Role Description The Sales Consultant will work on-site in Ahmedabad in a full-time capacity, engaging directly with clients to understand their uniform requirements and propose appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client meetings, presenting product options, preparing quotations, and supporting clients through the decision-making and ordering process. The role involves coordinating with design and production teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

The Sales

Consultant will maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities,



and provide ongoing after-sales support. Regular documentation of sales activities, reporting on pipeline status, and contributing feedback to improve products and services are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Sales Consulting skills, including opportunity identification, solution-based selling, and closing techniques.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and support long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to analyze client needs, recommend customized uniform solutions, and provide informed guidance.
- Experience in B2B sales, textiles, apparel, or uniform manufacturing is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools for tracking leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and client-facing roles.
