Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant cum Centre Head role based in Hyderabad. The role involves driving clinic sales by consulting with prospective clients, understanding their hair and skin concerns, presenting suitable treatment plans, and closing consultations into bookings.

The Centre

Head oversees day-to-day centre operations, including appointment management, staff coordination, and ensuring adherence to clinical and service standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring sales targets, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, handling escalations,



and ensuring a welcoming and professional clinic environment. The role also requires preparing periodic performance reports, collaborating with marketing for local promotions, and representing the clinic brand with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive client experience and foster long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident in-person interaction.
- Prior experience in retail healthcare, wellness, cosmetics, or clinic/hospital front-office or centre management is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage a small team, and oversee daily operations in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and comfort working with appointment and CRM systems.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality management is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and maintain high professional ethics, confidentiality, and client-centric behavior.
