Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Agra.

The Sales

Associate will identify and engage prospective customers, explain home and commercial finance products, and guide applicants through the loan process. Daily activities include meeting clients, gathering and verifying documentation, coordinating with internal teams for approvals, and following up on applications and disbursements. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets,



conducting market outreach, and representing SMFG Grihashakti professionally in the local community.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and customer relationship skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
- Basic financial and analytical skills to interpret loan eligibility criteria, assess documentation, and support credit evaluations.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
- Comfort working in office in Agra, with familiarity or willingness to learn the local market and customer base.
- Proficiency in using computers and digital tools for customer records, applications, and reporting.
- Prior experience in retail banking, housing finance, or financial services sales is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: typically a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant diplomas or certifications in finance or sales are beneficial.
