Sales & Operations Manager – Duxpods (Capsule Houses) About Duxpods Duxpods by Duxbed Innovation are premium, ready-to-deploy capsule houses for hospitality, workforce housing, tourism, and remote stays. We’re seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to own the entire sales cycle and ensure flawless delivery and installation. Role Overview You will drive end-to-end sales of Duxpods (B2B/B2G/B2C), manage pre-sales technical alignment, and oversee operations from order booking to commissioning. You’ll also build partnerships with developers, resorts, EPCs, and government/PSU channels. Key Responsibilities - Own revenue targets for Duxpods; develop and execute a territory/national sales plan.

- Lead end-to-end sales: lead qualification, requirement discovery, solutioning, BOQ, pricing, and contract closure.
- Coordinate pre-sales technical reviews with engineering to ensure feasibility, utilities, and site readiness.
- Manage order processing, production scheduling, logistics, and on-site installation/commissioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with resort chains, developers, PSUs, EPC contractors, and hospitality operators.
- Prepare tender responses and commercial proposals for institutional/government projects.
- Track project timelines, quality checkpoints,



and handover documentation; ensure customer satisfaction post-installation.
- Maintain pipeline, forecast, and MIS reports; monitor margins, TAT, and installation SLAs. Requirements - 5–9 years in sales/operations for prefabricated structures, modular buildings, cabins, or capital equipment.
- Experience selling to B2B/B2G clients (hospitality, industrial, infrastructure, defense, or tourism).
- Strong commercial acumen: pricing, BOQs, contracts, payment terms, and risk assessment.
- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and coordinate across engineering, production, and site teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with travel and site visits. Preferred Skills - Exposure to prefab/steel structures, container architecture, or off-site construction.
- Familiarity with statutory approvals, utility hookups, and site preparation for modular units.
