We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing qualified with excellent communication to drive membership growth, member engagement, business development, and marketing initiatives for an association in the biogas & renewable energy sector .

- Drive new member acquisition, retention, and partnership opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with members and key stakeholders.
- Manage CRM, prospect pipelines, follow-ups, and member interactions.
- Prepare proposals and support business development and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.




- Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Sales & Marketing; association/membership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with CRM, digital marketing, proposal writing, and business development.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
