We are looking for an energetic, creative, and ambitious Sales & Marketing Intern to join our growing team and gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, sales, customer engagement, influencer marketing, and brand growth.

This is an prospect to work directly with a growing D2C fashion brand and understand how a brand is built, marketed, and scaled from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and coordinate content for Instagram and other social media platforms.
- Research current fashion, streetwear, social media, and marketing trends.
- Develop creative ideas for Reels, posts, campaigns, and product promotions.
- Assist with influencer research, outreach, and collaboration management.
- Identify and approach potential customers, influencers, partners, retailers, and other business opportunities.
- Support sales and customer acquisition activities.
- Assist with lead generation and maintaining customer and partner relationships.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor social media engagement and basic marketing performance.
- Contribute ideas to increase brand awareness, engagement, community growth, and sales.
- Support day-to-day marketing, sales, and business development activities.




- Work closely with the founding team on new growth initiatives.

- Content Strategy & Content Planning
- Social Media Strategy
- Content Creation
- Script Writing for Reels and short-form videos
- Video Editing using CapCut, Canva, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Copywriting and social media caption writing
- Instagram Reels and short-form content creation
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content
- Influencer Marketing and Influencer Outreach
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads / Digital Advertising
- Canva and basic graphic design
- Competitor and market research
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative campaign ideation

You don't need to have all of these skills. If you're good at content creation, script writing, video editing, social media, sales, or marketing, we'd still love to hear from you. What We're Looking For
