Month 1–2 | Internship

- Mentorship and hands-on learning
- Internship Certificate upon successful completion

Month 3–4 | Paid Trainee

- Move into a Paid Trainee role based on performance
- Work on live projects and business activities
- Develop qualified and industry-ready skills

After Month 4 | Full-Time Opportunity

- Eligible candidates may be offered a full-time position
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
- Final salary based on skills, performance and role
