Responsibilities:
Oversee sales management through existing active fabricators, builders, dealers, contractors, and architects (as approved for the state/position).
Follow up on punched orders to ensure timely processing and delivery.
Monitor and follow up on marketing activities to drive sales initiatives.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure depot-level inventory is maintained.
Manage dealer enquiries and provide solutions to support sales growth.
Mentor and guide team members to enhance performance and productivity.
Handle outstanding payments and ensure timely collection and resolution.
