Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and energetic Senior Technology Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and On-Premises Active Directory. This pivotal role involves leading complex IAM migration projects, designing robust security practices, developing automated provisioning solutions, and leveraging a suite of Microsoft security technologies to enhance enterprise security postures. You will also be responsible for mentoring a team, driving capability building, and managing multiple concurrent projects to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Expert Consultancy & Implementation: Provide expert consultancy in the planning, implementation, and governance of Microsoft Entra ID, IGA, and On-Premises AD solutions for enterprise clients.
IAM Migration Leadership: Lead critical IAM migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Entra ID,
ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational impact and business disruption.
Security Best Practices: Design and enforce leading identity governance and security best practices, aligning them rigorously with organizational policies and crucial regulatory requirements.
Automated Provisioning: Develop robust automated user provisioning solutions, including customized SCIM-based integrations, to significantly enhance identity lifecycle management processes.
Enterprise Security Enhancement: Apply deep expertise in Conditional Access policies, Intune (MDM/MAM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Purview (DLP & compliance controls) to strengthen the overall enterprise security posture.
Complex Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues within identity and directory services settings, providing thorough root cause analysis and implementing long-term, sustainable solutions.
