At NEEDLECRAFT we offer curated fashion and custom fitting experiences for our clients. We are looking for an energetic and multi-talented team member to handle floor sales and basic garment alterations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Service: Greet customers, understand their style preferences, assist with fitting, and actively cross-sell products to close sales.
- Basic Alterations: Perform minor quick-fixes in office, primarily basic hand hemming, minor seam adjustments, and attaching hooks/snaps.
- Store Maintenance: Keep display areas clean, well-organized, and properly stocked.
- Customer Support: Handle billing, assist with order pick-ups, and manage basic client queries.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail, clothing, or boutique sales.
- Basic hands-on knowledge of needlework, particularly hemming and minor alterations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A polite, customer-first attitude with an eye for fit and detail.
