Manager – Retail Projects | Mumbai /n /n The Souled Store is one of India's fastest-growing youth fashion brands with 60+ stores across the country and an ambitious retail expansion roadmap. /n We are looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Projects to lead end-to-end store development across Pan India. This role will be responsible for store planning, design coordination, project execution, quality control, vendor management, and successful store launches. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n • Lead end-to-end retail store rollout projects across India from planning to launch. /n • Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders. /n • Review layouts, BOQs, technical drawings, and execution plans. /n • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand standards. /n • Manage contractors, procurement timelines, project budgets, and execution schedules. /n • Drive quality control and consistency across all store formats.



/n • Monitor project progress and resolve execution challenges proactively. /n • Lead multiple store launches simultaneously while maintaining operational excellence. /n /n Requirements: /n • 12–15+ years of experience in Retail Projects (apparels), Store Development, Retail Expansion, or Interior Fit-outs. /n • Robust experience managing Pan-India retail rollout projects. /n • Expertise in store planning, design coordination, and execution management. /n • Strong understanding of retail fixtures, materials, MEP coordination, and construction processes. /n • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs. /n • Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and project management skills. /n • Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, QSR, or Consumer brands preferred. /n Location: Mumbai /n Experience: 12–15+ Years
