Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, confident, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our jewellery store at Pune International Airport. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, handling jewellery products carefully, and maintaining premium store standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a skilled and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle billing, POS transactions, cash/card payments, and related documentation accurately.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
- Ensure safe and secure handling of jewellery as per company SOP.
- Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and stock reconciliation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain store cleanliness, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
- Follow all company policies, airport regulations, security procedures, and SOPs.
- Coordinate effectively with the Store Manager and team members.
- Be willing to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.





Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of retail sales experience preferred; jewellery/luxury retail experience will be an advantage.
- Communication: Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi will be an added advantage.
- Good sales and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems and computers.
- Smart, presentable, energetic, and well-groomed personality.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Willingness to work in airport rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Passport is mandatory/preferred for airport employment, subject to applicable airport access requirements.

- Jewellery product knowledge.
- Luxury retail/customer service experience.
- Experience in achieving sales targets.
- POS and billing knowledge.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
