We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager (RM) who is confident in client handling, understands financial products, and can build strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and develop long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand clients' financial goals, investment requirements, and risk profiles.
- Provide appropriate investment-related assistance and support to clients.
- Handle day-to-day client servicing, queries, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Develop new business through referrals, networking, existing client relationships, and market outreach.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with AMCs, registrars, platforms, and internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospective clients into long-term relationships.
- Maintain proper records of client interactions, leads, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase client engagement and assets under management.
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy while handling client information.
- Achieve assigned business and relationship-management targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Mutual Funds, Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
- Good understanding of Mutual Funds and other investment/financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to independently manage clients and follow-ups.
- Strong business-development and networking skills.
- Professional, responsible, and organised approach to work.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and basic office applications.
- NISM certification or relevant financial-market certification will be an advantage.
