We are looking for an experienced, responsible, and energetic Resort Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our resort. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service, coordinating maintenance activities, and identifying new opportunities to increase business and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the resort.
- Assist and coordinate with other employees to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the resort and its surrounding areas.
- Regularly inspect guest rooms, common areas, gardens, facilities, and other resort premises.
- Identify maintenance requirements and ensure that repair and maintenance work is reported and followed up on time.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all staff members.
- Ensure guests receive excellent service and have a pleasant experience throughout their stay.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor staff performance and encourage teamwork, discipline, and a positive working environment.
- Ensure that resort facilities and services are maintained to a high standard.
- Monitor daily operational requirements and report all matters to management on a timely basis.
- Develop and suggest new ideas for increasing bookings, attracting customers, improving occupancy, and generating additional revenue.
- Explore opportunities for partnerships,



packages, promotions, events, and other activities that can generate additional business.
- Support management in implementing new business and revenue-generation initiatives.
- Maintain proper coordination between different departments and ensure smooth overall functioning of the resort.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in resort, hotel, hospitality, or property management will be preferred.
- Good leadership, communication, and staff-management skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline while developing good relationships with employees.
- Strong guest-service and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of resort cleanliness, maintenance, and daily operations.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for operational matters.
- Should be proactive and willing to take initiative.
- Business-minded approach with the ability to identify new revenue-generation opportunities.
- Good knowledge of the local tourism market will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in Munnar or Kerala tourism/hospitality will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a manager who is not only capable of running the resort efficiently, but who can also contribute to its growth and profitability. The selected candidate should be responsible, approachable, guest-focused, and capable of bringing new ideas to increase occupancy, improve guest satisfaction, and generate additional revenue.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
