Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React and Ruby to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to develop user-centric features, optimize application performance, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive web applications using React (frontend) and Ruby (backend).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend components.
Optimize application performance, including database queries and UI rendering.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes to ensure high-quality code.




Stay updated with the latest trends in React and Ruby development and propose cutting-edge solutions.

Skills:
Strong proficiency in React:
Hands-on experience with up-to-date React (hooks, context, functional components).
Proficiency in state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or similar.
Familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
Proven expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails:
Deep understanding of Rails architecture, MVC design pattern, and Active Record.
Experience building and maintaining APIs and background job systems (e.g., Sidekiq).
Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Proficient in modern version control systems, especially Git.
Experience with testing frameworks such as RSpec, Jest, or Cypress.
Solid knowledge of deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) is an advantage.
