Job Description
Review and approve title search reports and property due diligence assessments.
Evaluate the legal enforceability of collateral and identify associated risks.
Draft, review, and standardize mortgage and security documentation.
Partner with external counsel and support business, credit, and risk teams.
Robust knowledge of the Transfer of Property Act, Land Laws, Stamp Act, Registration Act, and RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs.
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, HFCs, or Mortgage/LAP businesses preferred.
Proven track record as a high performer with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
