As the General Consultant (GC) for Phase-II of the Kochi Metro Rail Project, SYSTRA offers a unique opportunity to contribute to this transformative infrastructure development.
Missions/Main Duties
As a Junior Engineer (Civil) Grade - 2, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in Construction Supervision & Monitoring.
Managing Quality, Health, Safety, Workplace, and social aspects of the project.
Preparing Manuals for construction, administration, operation, and maintenance of the Metro.
Maintaining close liaison and acting as a bridge between the Team Leader and field units.
Profile/Skills
Education: Graduate or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field for Graduates.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field for Diploma holders.
Communication: Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Collaboration: Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems, especially in an integrated project delivery workplace, applying industry best practices.
Leadership Qualities: A self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
