Job Responsibilities
Workplace, Health, and Safety (EHS) Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, site hygiene, and SOPs.
Customer Management: Support customer interactions, site access, outage resolution, and infrastructure upgrades.
Site Quality & Process Compliance: Maintain site quality standards, conduct audits, and enforce process compliance.
Energy Management: Manage diesel consumption, AC/DC power systems, battery backups, and energy efficiency initiatives.
Uptime Management: Monitor and maintain site uptime; conduct RCA for outages and preventive measures.
Team Management: Supervise technicians, conduct training, and manage site allocation.
Landlord Management: Ensure site access,
resolve site hygiene issues, and maintain valuable relations with landlords.
What We Are Looking For
Knowledge of basic Electrical Engineering.
Familiarity with DG sets, AC/DC power management systems, battery backup systems, HVAC, antenna systems, and basic GSM/CDMA technology is an added advantage.
