Job Description
1+ year of relevant experience is required.
Really positive understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Excellent knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Positive knowledge of cloud & virtualization technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, Hyper-V).
Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent troubleshooting skills is needed.
Certifications in Microsoft cloud is must.
Test alternative pathways until an issue is resolved.
Record technical issues and solutions in logs.
Should help create technical documentation and manuals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.
Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a must.
