Job Title: Resident Construction Manager (RCM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Resident Construction Manager (RCM) to oversee the overall execution and management of construction projects at site. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in civil construction, project coordination, site management, quality control and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and schedules.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, Planning, Procurement teams, consultants, contractors and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials and equipment efficiently.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and construction methodologies.
- Identify and resolve technical and operational issues at site.
- Monitor quality and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site meetings and review progress with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports.




- Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections, approvals and technical clarifications.
- Monitor resource requirements and coordinate with procurement and project teams to avoid delays.
- Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout project execution.
- Take overall responsibility for smooth and efficient site operations.

Requirements
- B.Tech/BE or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution.
- Robust experience in managing large-scale construction projects and site operations.
- Excellent knowledge of civil construction and finishing works.
- Strong leadership, coordination, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams, contractors and project stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and construction project documentation.
