- Lead R&D; and recent product development for agrochemical technical products and intermediates.
- Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes from lab scale to commercial scale.
- Conduct trials for improving yield, purity, cost, cycle time and process efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Production, QA and QC teams.
- Lead scale-up, technology transfer and commercial trial batches.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, waste reduction and process improvement.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, SOPs, process parameters and technical documentation.
- Ensure R&D; activities comply with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
- Support new plant expansion, capacity enhancement and new technology implementation.
- Lead and develop the R&D; team and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
