Role Description The Representative role is a full-time, on-site position based in Haryana, India. The individual will handle daily interactions with clients, partners, and internal teams, answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing communications, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and supporting sales, marketing, or operations initiatives as needed. The Representative will help resolve issues promptly,



escalate complex matters to appropriate stakeholders, and follow up to ensure closure. This role may also involve gathering customer feedback, preparing basic reports, and contributing ideas to improve processes and service quality.

Qualifications
