Job Role: Relationship Officer

- Source potential customers for Home Loans and Loans Against Property (LAP).

- Generate leads through direct field visits, channel partners, builder networks, connectors, and referrals.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Guide customers through the complete loan application process.

- Collect and verify required customer and financial documents.

- Submit loan applications and coordinate with credit and underwriting teams.

- Follow up on applications to ensure smooth and timely processing.

- Coordinate with internal teams until the final loan disbursement.

- Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide continuous support throughout the loan lifecycle.

- Achieve monthly business acquisition and loan disbursement targets.

- Ensure all customer documents and financial records comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, customer interactions, and disbursements.

- Develop and maintain relationships with builders, property consultants, and other business connectors.

- Provide a smooth and hassle-free customer onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing: Acquire Home Loan and LAP customers through field sales, referrals, builders, and channel partners.

- Loan Processing: Manage applications from initial inquiry through documentation, credit assessment, and disbursement.

- Customer Relationship Management:



Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.

- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly acquisition and disbursement targets.

- Documentation &

- Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to bank guidelines.

- Market Development: Build a strong local network of builders, connectors, and prospective customers.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or LAP Sales.

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.

- Knowledge of the local market and customer base.

- Established networks with builders/connectors are an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of financial documentation and property paperwork.

- Basic knowledge of credit evaluation and loan processing.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

- Willingness to undertake field sales activities.

- Benefits

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

- Incentives: Attractive performance-linked sales incentives.

- Salary will depend on present CTC and relevant experience.
