Manager – Agency ? CTC: Up to ₹5.2 LPA Key Responsibilities : Recruit, onboard and manage insurance advisors. Train and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets. Generate new business and acquire customers. Monitor advisor performance and productivity. Conduct advisor/customer meetings and joint calls. Build strong business relationships and achieve targets.

Requirements: Graduate mandatory. Minimum 6 months of sales experience . Insurance sales experience preferred. Robust communication, negotiation and networking skills. Personal vehicle required/preferred for field movement. 2.

Relationship

Manager – Direct ? CTC: ₹3.2 – ₹4.5 LPA Key Responsibilities : Generate leads through market visits, referrals and prospecting.



Acquire new customers and sell insurance products. Conduct customer meetings and explain products based on their needs. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business. Maintain customer relationships and support policy issuance. Track leads and achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements: Graduate mandatory. Minimum 6 months of sales experience .

Experience in Insurance, Banking, DSA, Pharma/Medical Sales, FMCG or other field sales preferred.
