About The Role The Relationship Manager First Wealth will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of premium/high-value customers, delivering superior customer service, deepening existing relationships, and driving business growth through acquisition and cross-selling.
The role involves building CASA balances, increasing product penetration, acquiring new customers, identifying financial needs, and offering suitable banking and wealth-related solutions. The RM will act as a trusted financial partner while ensuring a high level of customer experience and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned premium/high-value customers.
- Drive CASA value build-up and acquire new customers as per business targets.
- Identify customer needs and provide suitable banking and financial solutions.
- Increase Product Holding Per Customer (PPC) through effective cross-selling.
- Cross-sell products such as:
- Savings Current Accounts
- Fixed Deposits
- Credit Cards
- Insurance
- Investments SIPs
- Retail SME Loans
- Digital Banking Solutions
- Other relevant banking products
- Conduct regular customer engagement and portfolio reviews.
- Onboard customers on Mobile Banking, Net Banking and other digital channels.
- Generate leads and coordinate with relevant teams for Business Loans, Working Capital, POS, CMS and Trade transactions.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure excellent customer experience and NPS.
- Achieve assigned revenue/income targets, including NII and NFI.
- Ensure proper customer profiling and offer products based on customer requirements and suitability.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade eligible customers to relevant banking programs.
- Maintain strong compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth execution of customer transactions.
- Support branch operations and maintain high standards of service quality.
Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: Relevant experience in banking, branch banking, relationship management, wealth management, sales or financial services. Experience requirements may vary depending on the specific hiring location and grade.
