Job Summary

We are looking for SMRE (Service Marketing Relationship Executive) to join our Service Department at Kakkand. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, promoting service-related activities, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact existing customers regarding vehicle service and maintenance.
- Make service reminder calls and follow up with customers.
- Inform customers about service offers, campaigns, and maintenance requirements.
- Generate service leads and encourage customers to book service appointments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Update customer details and call records accurately in the system.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisors and Service Team for customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Support customer retention and increase repeat service visits.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation,



and service booking targets.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Graduate.
- Freshers can apply; experience in customer service, tele-calling, automobile, or sales will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good follow-up skills.
