- Meet the monthly goals given by management.

- Maintain consistent communication with our client's Operations/Customer Service Departments and overseas offices.
/n /n QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES /n /n
- 10+years of relevant industry experience
/n
- Bachelor or MBA degree
/n
- Experience in Customer Service & Operations
/n
- Exports Experience is required
/n
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi & respective regional language, both oral and written.
/n
- Confident, self-driven and a team player.
