Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous quality innovation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with DevOps, Platform, and Product teams to enhance automation, deployment speed, and system resilience.
Identify systemic risks in critical systems and lead efforts to build preventive validation mechanisms.
Contribute to technical roadmaps and OKRs focused on scaling quality across Fivetran's ecosystem.
