Required Skills:
BE/B.Tech./M.Tech./MCA/Degree in Computer Science
Strong understanding of IGA (Identity, Governance and Administration). Hands on Experience with one or more of the of IGA Products will be an added advantage (ISIM, SailPoint, IGI, Oracle IDM etc)
Robust knowledge of IIS Application Server, Microsoft SQL Database.
Basic knowledge of directory services i.e. Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP administration
Good programming and scripting skills such as PowerShell, JavaScript, VB Script etc.
Experience with web technologies such as SOAP, REST, etc.
Understanding of enterprise security and auditing requirements will be added advantage
Administer, manage and maintain IGA Solutions
Troubleshoot problems and respond to escalations, and perform RCA and fix issues as needed
Be the technical liaison and the escalation point between client teams and the ISSQUARED offshore/onshore team
Strong knowledge of business process
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to do customer demos and presentation skills
Nice to have skills:
.NET development/support Experience
Familiarity with build processes and environments, product release cycles will be of positive value add
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, manage, maintain ISSQ products. Align current and existing applications and systems to IAM/RBAC framework, develop workflows, setup IAM rules and policies.
Provide technical and governance oversight on the ISSQ projects. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in the analysis, design and implementation of ISSQ products, estimate timelines and be responsible for their successful delivery while meeting the overall security and integrity of the solution.
Monitor operational and performance statistics for managed systems to ensure reliability and availability, perform preventative maintenance, and automate routine procedures.
Create and maintain documentation such as requirement/design documents, operational drawings
