We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for milk and milk products across Maharashtra. The role focuses on distribution expansion, volume growth, and solid execution. /n /n Drive sales targets and revenue growth across the region /n Manage and expand distributor & dealer network /n Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement in the market /n Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights /n Lead, train, and manage the regional sales team /n Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively /n Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers & partners /n Coordinate with supply chain for smooth product flow /n /n ✅ Key Requirements /n 15-18 years of experience in FMCG sales (with min 3-4 yrs exp in Dairy) /n Strong exposure to Retail market /n In-depth knowledge of Maharashtra market /n Proven track record of achieving sales targets /n Experience in managing large teams & distributor networks /n Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills /n ❄️ Experience in perishable goods / cold chain management
