We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2+ years of recruitment experience , preferably with hands-on experience hiring within the construction, architectural metals, manufacturing, engineering, or related industries .

This role will involve managing multiple open positions simultaneously, conducting candidate interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and other stakeholders, and supporting recruitment for both professional and skilled-trade positions .

What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously across different departments and functions.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct phone/video interviews and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, and overall fit.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and move candidates through the process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, follow-ups, and other recruitment activities.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Recruit for both professional/technical roles and skilled-trade positions .
- Communicate effectively with remote employees and candidates , including candidates located in different countries/time zones.
- Support hiring managers with candidate feedback, interview coordination, and recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of professional recruitment experience
- Experience managing multiple requisitions at the same time
- Strong experience conducting candidate interviews independently
- Experience coordinating with hiring managers and multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of the construction industry and/or related technical/manufacturing environments
- Experience recruiting for a combination of technical, professional, and skilled-trade positions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable conducting frequent candidate calls and interviews
- Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based teams and global/remote employees
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong candidate assessment and relationship-management skills

Education / Background A business, HR, recruitment, or related background is preferred. Candidates with an engineering or technical educational background are also encouraged to apply, particularly if they have strong recruitment experience.
