Talent Corner HR Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Recruitment Executive Inter to join our growing recruitment team at our Balewadi, Pune office. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and possess excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records,



recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Negotiate salary, manage offer rollouts, and ensure successful candidate onboarding.
- Meet monthly hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates through effective communication.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, hiring practices, and market intelligence.

Required Skills: Excellent communication, sourcing expertise, negotiation skills, time management, and proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
