About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our agile team in Mumbai. In this pivotal role, you will lead talent acquisition efforts across cutting-edge industries including manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, and BioPharma.

The Senior

Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our clients' growth and innovation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, utilizing your technical knowledge and strategic sourcing skills to influence workforce development in high-demand sectors. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and industry stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates, contributing directly to the success of our clients’ projects and organizational objectives.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess proven recruitment experience within manufacturing, data centres, semiconductors, or BioPharma industries. A strong understanding of technical roles and industry-specific requirements is essential. Candidates should be tech-savvy,



comfortable using ATS systems such as Bullhorn, and proficient in sourcing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to engage effectively with candidates and clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a goal-oriented mindset, is crucial for success in this role. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant recruitment certifications.

Responsibilities

Industry-Focused Hiring: Source and place top-tier professionals across manufacturing, cleanroom operations, data centre management, and life sciences roles, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical specifications.

Strategic Sourcing: Employ creative and effective sourcing techniques across various platforms including job boards, social media, and industry networks to build a diverse talent pipeline.

Candidate Engagement: Develop long-term relationships with niche talent pools, maintaining a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

ATS Management: Keep the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) updated with accurate job postings, candidate statuses, interview notes, and feedback to streamline the recruitment process.

Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical and role-specific requirements,



providing consultative support to ensure the best-fit hires.

Event Participation: Represent NES Fircroft at industry-specific job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote employer branding and attract top talent.

Compliance & Quality: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed recruitment targets and deadlines, demonstrating a results-driven approach and continuous improvement mindset.
