Job Title: Sales Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Chennai Office - Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s website and services.
- Encourage users to register on the portal and increase active user numbers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (call volume, user acquisition, customer feedback).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and maintain transparent communication.
Requirements - Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
