▌ ABOUT THE ROLE

Real estate is one of BXI's most exciting and high-value categories. We enable real estate brands, developers, and brokers to trade inventory and services through structured barter transactions. We are looking for a sharp, networked, and deal-hungry BD qualified to source and close high-value real estate barter deals across commercial and residential segments.

▌ WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Source and close real estate barter deals across commercial and residential categories
- Identify and onboard real estate developers, brokers, and corporate clients onto the BXI platform
- Build and leverage a strong real estate network to generate leads and close high-value transactions
- Pitch barter solutions consultatively — understanding client needs and structuring win-win deals
- Manage the full deal lifecycle — from prospecting to negotiation to closure
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aggressively




- Maintain a healthy pipeline and provide regular forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (category, operations, finance) to ensure seamless deal execution

▌ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 2+ years of experience in real estate sales, BD, or brokerage
- Proven track record of sourcing and closing commercial and/or residential real estate deals
- Strong existing network in the real estate ecosystem (developers, brokers, corporates)
- Experience or understanding of barter, media, or non-cash transactions is a big plus
- High-energy, target-driven mindset with a passion for deal-making
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals simultaneously, and drive closures
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong business acumen
