Navrang Realty is hiring a Real Estate Sales Manager to drive residential and commercial property sales, manage sales teams, develop client relationships, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate and convert property sales leads through calls, references, networking and channel partners.
- Handle client meetings, property presentations, site visits, negotiations and deal closures.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, brokers and channel partners.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve conversions.
- Drive business through strong networking and channel-partner relationships.
- Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams for smooth sales operations.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, bookings, documentation and payment collections.
- Monitor Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR real estate trends, projects, pricing and competitor activity.
Candidate Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales ; Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR experience preferred.
- Proven experience in property sales and deal closures.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate sales .
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and client-handling abilities.
- Strong knowledge of real estate projects and local market.
- Experience working with brokers/channel partners will be an advantage.
- Target-driven, confident and self-motivated.
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
