We are looking for an experienced and agile Real Estate - Sales Marketing Manager / Incharge / Senior to lead marketing activities for our premium villa and resort development projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge in real estate sales promotions, client handling, branding, and lead generation strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

- Handle complete real estate marketing activities for villa projects
- Generate quality leads through online and offline marketing campaigns
- Coordinate with sales team and monitor enquiries regularly
- Plan branding, advertisements, promotions, and campaign activities
- Develop marketing strategies to improve project visibility and sales
- Organize client meetings, property visits, and promotional events
- Maintain relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Monitor competitor market trends and prepare marketing reports
- Ensure target-oriented marketing performance
- Monitor lead conversion status and prepare weekly CRM reports
- Coordinate with sales team for proper customer relationship management




- Ensure timely response and follow-up with prospective clients
- Maintain customer records, booking status, and sales documentation accurately
- Analyze CRM data to improve lead generation and sales performance
- Handle customer feedback and maintain long-term client relationships
- Generate MIS reports and marketing performance reports from CRM system
- Ensure all marketing and sales activities are properly updated in CRM platform

Candidate Requirements:-

- 5 to 15 years experience in Real Estate Marketing
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge in digital marketing and sales promotions
- Leadership and team handling capability
- English communication preferred
- Willing to work in hill station project environment
