Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, a typical day involves overseeing the smooth functioning of production systems and services, ensuring they meet operational requirements and service agreements. This role requires continuous monitoring, managing delivery processes, and addressing any issues that arise to maintain system reliability and performance. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and support service continuity is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, along with proactive identification of potential improvements to enhance system efficiency and service quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide support in the areas of Wired Networking and Wireless Networking




Ability to perform monitoring of various WLAN technologies and topologies
Ability to be a self-starter and work independently, with positive communication (written and oral) and coordination skills
Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and implementation plans.
Consult with both internal as well as client teams to drive solutions from design to completion.
Develop action plans to investigate and resolve complex issues/problems and clearly communicate these to engineers, customers and/or relevant managers.
Participate in after-hours remote support rosters.
Technical writing skills will be required to publish Issue resolution documents (KM & KT)
Required to communicate effectively with Technical and Non-Technical stakeholders and should have the ability to drive the conversation/discussion
Participate/Drive ITIL based change management, Problem manag
