Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee to join our team. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and gain practical knowledge of company processes, tools, and procedures while supporting day-to-day activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Learn and understand company processes, policies, and work procedures.
Assist senior team members with daily tasks and assigned projects.
Participate in training programs and team meetings.
Prepare and maintain basic reports, documents, and records.
Collect and organize required information and data.
Support the team in completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
Coordinate with team members and other departments when required.
Follow instructions and maintain accuracy and quality in assigned work.
Identify basic issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.
Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
Demonstrate willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
Follow workplace safety, discipline, and professional standards.
