Associate Project Manager – Marketing Art Operations

Experience
5–8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO or a similar role.
Prior experience in a Game Studio, Creative Agency, Digital Marketing, Media Production, or Design Operations workplace is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery
Plan, track, and coordinate end-to-end execution of project deliverables
Ensure timely delivery of projects in alignment with release schedules, business priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
Perform root cause analysis for schedule deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Resource Planning & Operations
Support capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple workstreams based on priority, workload, and skillset.
Monitor team bandwidth and utilization to ensure effective delivery while maintaining operational efficiency.
Coordinate onboarding, knowledge transfer,



and transition activities for recent resources and backfills.

Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary coordination point between Product, Marketing, QA, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
Ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, priorities, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates, highlighting risks, dependencies, and delivery impacts.

Reporting & Governance
Prepare project dashboards, status reports, KPIs, resource reports, and management summaries for leadership.
Maintain project schedules, documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and project records using JIRA, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office.
Ensure compliance with defined project governance, workflows, and approval processes.

Process Improvement
Identify prospects to streamline workflows and improve delivery efficiency.
