Role Description The Quality System Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the company’s quality management systems. This position manages compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring all processes from raw material intake to finished goods dispatch meet established quality requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include developing and updating quality procedures, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions.



The role also involves analyzing quality data, leading root cause investigations, collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams, and driving process improvement initiatives.

The Quality System

Manager will train team members on quality standards, maintain documentation and records, and support customer-specific quality requirements and inspections.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and experience implementing or maintaining these standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in process auditing, internal and external audit coordination, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
- Candidates should possess abilities in quality planning, documentation control, SOP and work instruction creation, and record-keeping aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills in data analysis, root cause analysis, problem-solving tools (such as 5 Whys, fishbone, Pareto), and reporting of quality metrics and KPIs.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with production and testing processes, including CNC machining, cold forging, surface treatment, and use of inspection and laboratory equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interface professionally with customers and auditors.
