About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Senior Manager – Quality & Process Excellence to lead quality monitoring, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives. The role will be responsible for identifying quality gaps, analyzing trends and root causes, assessing the impact of process changes, and driving effective improvements across operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with data, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients, and independently driving process improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and monitor overall quality performance and improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality errors, discrepancies, trends, and identify root causes.
- Conduct RCA and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Assess the operational impact of process, guideline, and tooling changes.
- Plan and drive implementation of process improvements and new workflows.
- Coordinate with Operations, Quality teams,



and clients on quality and process changes.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and performance analysis using Excel/Google Sheets.

- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Quality Management, Process Management, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Quality Management, RCA, and Process Improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and quality metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in working with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to independently analyze problems, identify solutions, and drive implementation.
- Strong attention to detail with a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced operational setting.
