- Lead complete QA/QC operations for manufacturing.
- Ensure incoming, in-process and final product quality.
- Drive CAPA, RCA, 8D, 7 QC Tools and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO, ASTM, AATCC, BIS and relevant standards.
- Manage inspection, testing, calibration and quality documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, rejection and corrective actions.
- Lead supplier quality and process improvement initiatives.
- Manage and develop the Quality team.
